1.2-甲基戊醛与甲醛进行醛醇缩合反应得到2-甲基-2-丙基丙二醇,然后与光气及氨反应,或与氰酸钠及盐酸反应制得甲丙氨酯。 2.由DL-蛋氨酸为原料生产而得。
