制备方法

1.将1 809kg萤石粉,335kg硅砂和1 858kg硫酸依次投入反应转炉中,制备氟硅酸,用吸收塔吸收得含量为20~22°Bé的氟硅酸溶液。除去硫酸盐后将其打入中和釜,加菱苦粉悬浮液中和至pH值为3~4。过滤,将滤液打入蒸发器,浓缩后打入结晶器冷却结晶。干燥后得产品。反应式如下:
