四氟乙烯 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.二氟一氯甲烷经气化、预热、通入裂解炉,热裂解产含四氟乙烯单体的裂化气,经水洗、碱洗、压缩、冷冻脱水、干燥,分馏等工序,最后精馏得成品。2.四氟乙烯的制备由二氟氯甲烷高温热裂解而得。反应方程式:2CHClF2→CF2=CF2+2HCl采用衬铂管为裂解反应管,采用过热水蒸气为稀释剂,在600~900℃ 温度下进行裂解,得到四氟乙烯。经冷却分离,再水洗、碱洗除去其中的氯化氢,再于-20℃、2.02 MPa加压精馏,可得到含量为99.9%以上的聚合级纯品。

合成制备方法

用途

1.制造聚四氟乙烯及其他氟塑料、氟橡胶和全氟丙烯的单体。可用作制造新型的热塑料、工程塑料、耐油耐低温橡胶、新型灭火剂和抑雾剂的原料。

2.四氟乙烯又名全氟乙烯,主要用于塑料、树脂工业,在农药上也是氟铃脲的中间体。
