制备方法

用作有机合成的原料,也用作溶剂、增塑剂、表面活性剂等。

合成制备方法

1.工业上主要用丙烯氯化法制取。丙烯和氯气进行高温氯化得到烯丙基氯,再经次氯酸化制取二氯丙醇,进而皂化制得环氧氯丙烷。

用途简介

用途

1.环氧氯丙烷是合成甘油中间体,也是环氧树脂、硝化甘油炸药、玻璃钢、电绝缘制品的主要原料。并用作纤维素酯、树脂和纤维素醚的混剂。也是生产表面活性剂、医药、农药、涂料、胶粘剂、离子交换树脂、增塑剂、甘油衍生物、缩水甘油衍生物以及氯醇橡胶的原料。以环氧氯丙烷与双酚A为主要原料制取的各类环氧树脂具有粘合性高、收缩性小、耐化学腐蚀、稳定性好等特点,广泛用作涂料、粘合剂、增强材料和浇铸材料等。以环氧氯丙烷为原料生产的氯醇橡胶是橡胶的新品种,在一般油和普通溶剂中不易膨胀,在低温无增塑剂存在下具有较大的挠性,具有优于丁腈、氯丁和丁基橡胶的某些特有的功能。此外,3-氯-1,2-环氧丙烷还可用作增塑剂、纤维处理剂、稳定剂、杀虫杀菌剂、医药原料等。

2.是一种重要的有机合成原料与中间体。用于生产环氧树脂及用作环氧树脂的稀释剂。也用于制造甘油、硝化甘油炸药、玻璃钢、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯、氯醇橡胶、缩水甘油衍生物、表面活性剂、电绝缘制品等。也是制造多种胶黏剂、医药、农药、增塑剂及离子交换树脂等产品的常用原料。还用作胶黏剂、涂料、油漆、橡胶、树脂、纤维素酯及纤维素醚等的溶剂。

毒理学数据:

1、    刺激性:反复涂皮,可引起动物皮肤广泛坏死。液体对眼有显著刺激性。

2、    急性毒性:大鼠经口LD50:90mg/kg;小鼠经口LC50:238mg/kg;兔径皮LD50:1500mg/kg;大鼠吸入LC50:500ppm/4H。

3、可被皮肤吸收,刺激皮肤和黏膜。较高浓度时,有麻醉作用。属中等毒类。刺激皮肤和黏膜,并可经皮肤吸收。嗅觉阈浓度37.6mg/m3。TJ 36-79规定车间空气中最高容许浓度为1mg/m3。小鼠灌胃后行动缓慢、食欲减退,继而共济失调、瘫痪、呼吸减弱,最后角弓反张而死亡。人长期少量吸入本品可出现四肢酸痛、腿软乏力、运动不灵活、腓肠肌压痛和一般神经衰弱症。
