氟里昂-11 制备方法及用途

制备方法

主要采用四氯化碳与氟化氢液相接触法,甲烷氟氯化法生产。液相接触法以五氯化锑为催化剂,四氯化碳和无水氟化氢反应生成一氟三氯甲烷和二氟二氯甲烷,副产盐酸。反应产物除去氯化氢,经洗涤,脱水,脱气,分馏而得成品。

合成制备方法

1.用作制冷剂、气溶杀虫药发射剂。也用于生产海绵、医药和农药。 2.为低沸点挥发性液体。由于不燃烧、无毒、对金属无腐蚀性,化学性质稳定,对塑料、氟橡胶无作用,对油脂溶解力强等优点,故用作中温制冷剂、萃取剂、灭火剂及精密仪器的洗涤用溶剂。 3.用作灭火剂、气雾剂、干洗剂和聚氨基甲酸酯泡沫塑料的发泡剂。 4.用作制冷剂、发泡剂、气溶胶型喷射剂。

用途

1.用作制冷剂、气溶杀虫药发射剂。也用于生产海绵、医药和农药。
