灿烂绿 制备方法及用途

制备方法

采用缩合法,将N,N-二甲基苯胺在硫酸、尿素存在下与苯甲醛缩合,加入次氯酸钠氧化,再用草酸酸溶,最后经结晶、干燥、混合而得。 由N,N-二乙基苯胺与苯甲醛在尿素存在下进行缩合,再用二氧化铅和盐酸进行氧化,而后用硫酸钠脱铅,用碳酸钠中和,用硫酸溶解、结晶,过滤及干燥即得成品。原料消耗(kg/t)N,N-二乙基苯胺 515苯甲醛 325二氧化铅 745

合成制备方法

用途简介

酸碱指示剂,pH 0(黄)~ 6(绿)。亚硫酸盐测定。配制细菌培养基,用以鉴别大肠杆菌及其他乳酸发酵菌,培养分离烘便中伤寒杆菌等。染色工业。制造墨水。 一般碱性染机主要用于晴纶、棉、麻、蚕丝及其织物的染色。另外,也用于制造色淀及用作竹、木、革制品的着色剂。

用途
