性状描述:
黑褐色片状结晶,不溶于水及醋酸,微溶于70%~80%乙醇,溶于稀氢氧化钠溶液,于氢氧化钠溶液中生成羟高铁血红素,溶于强有机碱(如三甲胺和二甲苯胺)和乙酸,溶于浓硫酸而失去铁,易溶于稀氨水;透射光为棕褐色, 反射光为钢蓝色,直至300℃也不熔化
用途说明:
生化研究;用作血检定染色剂;用于盐酸血卟啉制备
贮藏运输:2-8℃密封干燥避光保存
