九水合硝酸铝 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.合成法将金属铝板用10%烧碱溶液清洗除去表面油污后,用水冲洗,放入带搅拌的反应器中,加入少量氧化汞作氧化剂,再缓慢加入约38%稀硝酸,用蒸汽加热使反应在110~115℃下进行2h,生成反应溶液浓度为25~32°Bé,经澄清、过滤,滤液经蒸发浓缩至45~47°Bé,再经冷却结晶、离心分离,制得硝酸铝成品。其母液送至蒸发器循环使用。反应时放出的二氧化氮气体用碱液吸收可副产亚硝酸钠或硝酸钠。铝灰-硝酸法将烧碱溶液和铝灰加入反应器中进行反应生成铝酸钠后,加硝酸进行反应生成氢氧化铝和硝酸钠,反应液经过滤后,将氢氧化铝加硝酸溶解而成硝酸铝溶液,再经过滤、蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得硝酸铝成品。其2.将400g Al(OH)3的潮湿膏状物在不断搅拌下分次加入170mL HNO3(密度为1.34g/cm3)。将形成的浑浊溶液在水浴上蒸发至溶液密度为1.42g/cm3(50℃)。冷却后,加入200mL水溶解过滤,滤液重新在水浴上蒸发至溶液密度为1.42g/cm3。冷却结晶,用少量水(10mL)洗涤,即得。3..在搅拌下徐徐将相对密度为1.34的硝酸加到潮湿的氢氧化铝糊状物中,进行反应:将反应后的混浊液体加热蒸发至密度1.52 ( 50℃) 。将溶液冷却并全部结晶,加蒸馏水至结晶全部溶解,过滤,滤液 重 新 加 热 蒸 发 至 密 度 为 1.52(50℃)时冷却结晶,甩干,然后用少量水洗涤结晶2次,干燥,可得分析纯结晶硝酸铝。母液可按上法回收结晶。4.用水分别溶解结晶硫酸铝和硝酸钡,将两种溶液分别加热后进行反应:反应结束后过滤,滤出硫酸钡,检验滤液中SO42- 、Ba2+离子含量合格( 若不合格,可加硝酸钡或硫酸铝溶液除去)后,按上述方法进行蒸发提纯。

避免接触金属粉末,碱,还原剂,水分/潮湿。易溶于水、乙醇、丙酮、硝酸。其水溶液呈酸性。易潮解。70℃时熔融而成六水物,135℃时分解形成碱式盐。温度高于200℃时完全分解而成氧化铝。氧化力强,与有机物接触能爆炸和燃烧。并开始转变成Al(NO3)3·6H2O,易溶于水和乙醇中,在湿空气中潮解。
