三氟化铋 制备方法及用途

合成制备方法

 1.由氧化铋或氢氧化铋溶于氢氟酸水溶液而得。   

2.将五水合硝酸铋的结晶48.5g与甘露醇7.5g用研钵充分混合,调成膏状后,加水250mL使其溶解,过滤除去不溶物。将所得溶液加到54g氢氧化钾溶于250mL水制得的溶液中,将该溶液用稀硫酸中和至稍显碱性的程度。将所得到的沉淀过滤分离,用水洗涤,至洗涤液中无硫酸根离子后,将此沉淀加到聚乙烯烧杯内预先准备的25%的30g氢氟酸中,因为生成膏状物,故可充分搅拌放冷,过滤分离。将滤纸上的滤饼移至铂皿中,在水浴上加热蒸发至干后,在100℃干燥粉碎,可得约20g的白色三氟化铋。

稳定性相关:

有α型和β型两种,用上述方法制得者为α型,如果将α型加热至220℃,就可转变为β型。熔点为725~730℃。如果加热至900℃,就有相当程度的蒸发。难溶于水及氟化氢水溶液。利用氢氧化铋与过量的氟化氢反应,可制得吸湿性强的酸式盐BiF3·2HF。酸式盐水解即可变为BiOF·2HF,如果进一步加热,即变为BiF3及BiOF。
