乙炔二羰酰胺 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.电石法:由电石(碳化钙)与水作用得到乙炔。 2.天然气制乙炔法:预热到600~650℃的原料天然气和氧进入多管式烧嘴板乙炔炉,在1500℃下,甲烷裂解制得8%左右的稀乙炔,再用犖甲基吡咯烷酮提浓制得99%的乙炔成品。

用途简介

1.用于制取乙醛、醋酸、丙酮、季戊四醇、丙炔醇、1,4-丁炔二醇、1,4-丁二醇、丁二烯、异戊二烯、氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、醋酸乙烯、甲基苯乙烯、乙烯基乙炔、乙烯基乙醚、丙烯酸及其酯类等。乙炔亦是合成橡胶、合成纤维和塑料的单体,也可直接用于金属的切割和焊接。 2.用于金属焊接或切割,并用于夜航标志灯和一般灯,大量用作石油化工原料,制造聚氯乙烯、氯丁橡胶、乙酸、乙酸乙烯酯等。 3.是有机合成的重要原料之一。亦是合成橡胶,合成纤维和塑料的单体,也用于氧炔焊割。
