2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基酚与β,β二甲基丙烯酰氯在氮气保护下,于135℃搅拌反应5h,减压蒸馏除去过量的酰氯,剩余物用石油醚洗涤,经苯-己烷重结晶,得原药乐杀螨。原料消耗定额:2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基酚750kg/t、β,β二甲基丙烯酰氯1120kg/t。
