合成制备方法

2456-四氨基嘧啶与二溴丙醛环合后,再与对甲氨基苯甲酰谷氨酸缩合而得。

用途

叶酸拮抗刘。二氢叶酸还原酶的有效抑制剂。免疫抑制剂。组织培养试剂。

该品是较好的抗肿瘤药物,用于急性淋巴白血病、淋巴瘤、恶性葡萄胎、绒癌、鳞状上皮癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌和成骨肉瘤等。甲氨喋呤口服12h后原药90%从尿中排出,主要代谢物为7-羟基甲氨蝶呤。大鼠静脉注射LD5014mg/kg
