? 超高强度:四针状氧化锌晶须为单晶体铅锌矿结构,几乎没有结构缺陷,属于理想的结晶体,具有极高的力学强度和弹性模 量:拉伸强度和弹性模量分别达到1.0×104MPa和3.5×105MPa,接近理论强度值。
? 各向同性:特殊的立体四针状结构,使其在具有完全各向同性的增强、改性作用,保证了材料和制品在力学性能、尺寸均 匀性、热收缩、热变形和其它使用性能等方面的各向同性。
? 优异的耐热性:氧化锌的熔点高于1800℃,四针状氧化锌晶须可耐1720℃的高温(高于此温度可能升华),常压下空气中 1000℃以上可能导致部分尖端纳米结构受损。
? 可调的电学性能:氧化锌属于N-型半导体,可以通过掺杂等手段控制其导电、压电、压敏等电学性能。? 纳米半导体活性:由于结构的特殊性,使其表现出特殊的尖端纳米活性;由于非严格化学配比的半导体特性,使其具有释放活性氧的作用;宏观表现为高效、广谱、持久的抗菌和环境净化作用。
