用途:对原虫(溶组织阿米巴、阴道滴虫等)和厌氧菌有良好活性。对阿米巴和兰氏贾第虫的作用优于甲硝唑。革兰阳性厌氧菌(消化球菌、消化链球菌、乳杆菌属),梭状芽胞杆菌属和难辨梭菌等对本品均较敏感;本品对脆弱类杆菌、梭杆菌属和费氏球菌属等革兰阴性厌氧菌的作用略胜于甲硝唑,空肠弯曲菌等则对本品中度敏感。放线菌属和丙酸杆菌属等对本品耐药。其作用机制为抑制病原体DNA合成、并能快速进入细胞内。
