性状:白色至黄白色细小晶体。通常为斜晶系的针状或板状晶体的a型,b型为斜方晶系的细微针状晶体。纯品无臭,有苦味。干燥状态下于空气中稳定,遇紫外线分解。易溶于水,溶于乙醇、甘油和丙二醇。不溶于乙醚和苯用途:营养增补剂;可添加于白米、小麦粉、面包、苗条、酱油、乳制品、人造奶油、糕点、清凉饮料、果酱。
