氢化锂 制备方法及用途

合成制备方法

在干燥箱中把锂放入用不锈钢制成反应管中,加盖并抽真空,再通入氢气,在氢气压为1个大气压,温度为725 ℃下保持15 h之后,在继续通氢的情况下,进行冷却,从干燥箱中取出反应物,装入氮封的瓶里,保存于暗处,制得氢化锂纯度最高为99.8%。由纯净的金属锂和纯净的氢气可以制得纯度为99.8%的氢化锂。氰化锂的制备装置如图I-7所示:

在充满氩气的干燥箱中,将表面已被刮得很光洁的锂装在一个用电解铁制成的反应舟中,为了避免锂在熔融时会扩散透过铁,将反应舟装入一个电解铁制成的保护管中,再把保护管装进无缝钢管2中。通入氢气并升温至700℃,约15h,使反应进行完全。所得氢化锂在此温度为液态(熔点680℃),冷却后LiH为无色透明的粗粒结晶。俟其完全冷却之后,在CO2保护气氛中取出LiH,装入氮封的瓶里,保存于暗处。

用途

用作干燥剂、有机合成的缩合剂、核防护材料及还原剂等。[14]
