制备方法

1.将氯乙醇与氢氧化钠在105℃下进行反应,生成环氧乙烷,通入二乙胺溶液中进行反应,在常压下分出低沸物后,减压分馏得N,N-二乙基乙醇胺成品。目前大部分生产厂直接用环氧乙烷作原料。精制方法:常压或减压蒸馏精制。 2.以二乙胺和环氧乙烷原料,将环氧乙烷加入二乙胺中,在一定温度下反应,所得粗品经减压蒸馏成纯品。反应式如下:

医药中间体,用于合成盐酸普鲁卡因、乙胺香豆素盐酸盐、咳美芬、咳必清、胃复康、优托品等。也可用于制取脂肪酸衍生物、纤维柔软剂、防锈剂、乳化剂等。

用途

1.用作医药中间体、软化剂、乳化剂、固化剂等。2-(二乙氨基)乙醇除用作普洛卡因等医药原料之外,还可用作防腐剂、中和剂、树脂固化剂、照相显影液和定影液添加剂等。与高级脂肪酸生成的胺皂,可作乳化剂、纤维处理剂。

2.是有效的除氧剂和钝化剂。可与二乙基羟胺复配用于锅炉水处理中,二乙氨基乙醇还可用作合成树脂固化剂、纺织品软化剂、酸性介质和乳化剂、防锈剂组分。

3.用于有机合成,用作织物软化剂。[21]
