制备方法
由4,7-二氯喹啉([86-98-6])与2-氨基-5-二乙氨基戊烷缩合而得。
用途简介
用与磷酸成盐,制取氯喹磷酸盐,它是一种主要用于控制疟疾症状的药物,也可用作抗阿米巴药物。对某些自身免疫性疾病,如类风湿关节炎、红斑狼疮、肾病综合症等亦有一定的作用。
