制备方法

用作汽车工业材料、建筑材料、木材代用品, 并用于制安全帽、旅行箱、用具壳体、泡沫塑料等

合成制备方法

典型的乳液接枝掺混法ABS生产工艺 流程如下。

丙烯腈的用量20%~30%,丁二烯6%~35%,苯乙烯45%~70%。聚合温度约为50~100℃,接枝温度为60~90℃,凝聚时温度为85~95℃。

2.连续本体法ABS树脂生产工艺过程 将增韧橡胶溶于单体和少量溶剂中进行接枝聚合,随着聚合反应的进行,形成溶解于单体中的接枝橡胶和SAN两个独立相溶液。由于聚合反应的进一步加深,发生相转变,SAN成为连续相,橡胶粒子形成并分离出来,分散在SAN相中。通过相转变获得适当的橡胶粒径和界面相容性。反应后期,进行适度交联以增加橡胶粒子的强度,然后脱挥、造粒,得到ABS树脂产品。连续本体法ABS生产工艺程如下:

 

ABS树脂的合成工艺大致可以分为混炼法和接枝共聚法两种。接枝共聚法可以分为不均匀接枝法和均匀接枝法。不均匀接枝法通常指乳液聚合法,而均匀接枝法则包括本体聚合、悬浮聚合和本体悬浮聚合等方法

1.用作汽车工业材料、建筑材料、木材代用品, 并用于制安全帽、旅行箱、用具壳体、泡沫塑料等

2.用于配制溶剂型胶黏剂,粘接聚苯乙烯类塑料。ABS树脂以较高的抗冲击强度、耐化学药品性、电性能和良好的加工性能、电镀性能,被广泛用于汽车工业、电子电气工业、办公机器及建筑管材等领域,近年来得到较快的发展。通过共混、共聚、填充、增强等改性技术,可赋予ABS树脂高性能和特殊功能,如将AS基料树脂中的苯乙烯的一部分或全部以苯基马来酰亚胺置换,可得到高耐热性树脂;将ABS树脂中的丙烯腈含量提高或加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体,可得到耐化学药品性树脂;在ABS树脂中掺入聚氯乙烯树脂或添加溴系阻燃剂,可提高其阻燃性;将ABS树脂中的丁二烯橡胶组分用不含双键的丙烯酸酯橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶代替,可解决耐候性的问题;通过掺入无机或有机抗菌剂,能得到抗菌性树脂;值得一提的是,为了改善ABS树脂的耐热性、耐冲击性、耐化学药品等性能
