硫酸锌 制备方法及用途

制备方法

用做轻型收敛和乳胶制品原料。配制炉甘石,用作皮肤保护剂,还可用作生产人造丝,石油,化肥行业的脱硫制、催化剂的主要原料。在橡胶制品、油漆、医药及其它化工产品中也可广泛应用。

合成制备方法

1.将一水硫酸锌ZnSO4·H2O加热至280℃左右使其完全脱水即可生成无水硫酸锌。也可用七水硫酸锌ZnSO4·7H2O为起始物,先在较低的温度下缓慢加热,使其逐步脱水变为一水合物,然后将温度升高至280℃左右。

2.闪锌矿经焙烧后浸提、精炼而得。

3.由硫酸与锌或氧化锌反应而得。

4.主要采用酸解法,以氧化锌或其他含锌化合物为原料,用硫酸分解,再经压滤、浓缩、结晶、分离、烘干而得。

用途简介

用途

印染上作媒染剂。与次氯酸盐共用于漂白纸张。制造锌钡白及锌盐类。用于胶的澄清、锌的电沉积,医药外用作收敛剂或止血药,食品的营养增补剂(锌强化剂)。化妆品中用于收敛性化妆水。作为阳离子型收敛剂。

1.易溶于水,有吸湿性。加热至680℃时分解为硫酸氧锌Zn3O(SO4)2,750℃以上进一步分解,最后在930℃左右成为氧化锌。

2.含1个或7个分子的结晶水。无色透明棱形或细小针状晶体或结晶性粗粉。无臭。一水合物超过238℃时失水。七水合物于室温干燥空气中粉化。其水溶液对石蕊呈酸性。溶于水和甘油,几乎不溶于乙醇。
