用途简介

该药通过抑制诱导型致炎性环氧酶(COX2)将花生四烯代谢为介质性前列腺素或其他递质的合成,减轻前列腺素(PGE1、PGE2、PGI2)所致的局部组织充血、肿胀、发热。通过抑制白细胞活动及溶酶体释放,从而降低局部周围神经对缓激肽等致痛物质的痛觉敏感性,减少组织冲动,起到镇痛作用。本药用于治疗痛经的机理可能是应用其对前列腺素的抑制,使子宫内压下降、宫缩减少的作用。治疗痛风是通过消炎、镇痛,来缓解痛风,但不能纠正高尿酸血症。此外该药还对胃、肾等组织原型(生理性)环氧酶(又名OX1)有抑制作用,所以在服用本品后,可出现胃酸分泌增多,胃黏液分泌减少,胃、食管张力降低,肾血管流量减少等症状。

用途

具有抗炎、镇痛、解热作用。治疗风湿和类风湿关节炎的疗效稍逊于乙酰水杨酸和保泰松。适用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊椎炎和神经炎等。该品在1985年美国药物销售额排列顺序中位列第十三。
