1.液相法

用途简介

玻璃刻蚀剂,木材及酿酒防腐剂,消毒剂,分析试剂,锆的点滴试剂和纤维的媒染剂及提取稀有元素的试剂。

用途

1.氟化铵溶液可用作清洗剂、腐蚀剂,可与氢氟酸配制成缓冲溶液,MOS级主要用于中、大规模集成电路,BVⅢ级主要用于IC的生产。

2.用于稀有元素的萃取。在磨砂玻璃行业用作玻璃刻蚀剂, 也可用作金属表面的化学抛光剂,酿酒的消毒剂、防腐剂及纤维的媒染剂。
3.氟化铵和硝酸配合亦可用于某些铝材的化学抛光。
氟化铵也可用于钛及硅片的蚀刻,用于钛的蚀刻需要在蚀刻液中添加硝酸或铬酐等氧化物质以防止氢脆的发生。

稳定性相关:

1.遇酸分解,放出腐蚀性的氟化氢气体。遇碱放出有刺激性的氨。受高热分解产生有毒的腐蚀性烟气。

2.易溶于水,水溶液呈酸性。可溶于醇,不溶于丙酮和液氨。受热或遇热水即分解成氨和氟化氢。能腐蚀玻璃。有毒!加热时分解为NH3和HF,能侵蚀玻璃。
