异丙胺 制备方法及用途

制备方法

工业上生产异丙胺主要有以下两种方法:1.丙酮氢化氨化法将原料丙酮送入以铜-镍-白土为催化剂的反应器中,在常压和150-220℃温度条件下,通入氢和氨进行反应,反应产物经精馏提纯得一异丙胺,同时也有二异丙胺生成。丙酮的转化率达98%,一、二异丙胺总产率达90%以上。原料消耗定额:丙酮1390kg/t、液氨450kg/t。 2.异丙醇氢化氨化法异丙醇与氨和氢气在195℃、1.72MPa下,通过氢氧化钡活化的多孔镍铝催化剂进行反应,生成一异丙胺和二异丙胺。反应总转化率可达86%,产品收率(以异丙醇计)达96%,其中含一异丙胺37%,二异丙胺33%,异丙醇12%,水18%。 精制方法:异丙胺是用溴代异丙烷与氨的醇溶液反应,或丙酮与氨和氢在镍-铜-白土的催化下反应制得的。因此可能含有丙酮、溴代异丙烷、异丙醇和其他各种丙基胺类等杂质。可用精馏法进行精制。要得到高纯度的异丙胺,可加入无水氧化钡放置数日,然后在钠存在下进行蒸馏,收集131.961Pa下31.4℃的馏分,进行再蒸馏。

用途
