倍硫磷 制备方法及用途

制备方法

由间甲酚与二甲基二硫反应制备中间体对甲硫基间甲酚,再与O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯反应得到倍硫磷。1.对甲硫基间甲酚的制备将间甲酚(或混甲酚);二甲基二硫按2:1(重量比)配料,加入反应锅,搅拌冷却至10-15℃,开始滴加浓硫酸。在1h左右滴完(用量与二甲基二硫等重量),在10-15℃继续反应3h。静置分层,弃去下层废酸。有机层用10%碳酸钠溶液中和,再用水洗涤于pH7-8。减压蒸馏回收未反应的二甲基二硫和甲酚,所剩物料即中间体对甲硫基间甲酚。2.倍硫磷的制备将20%的氢氧化钠溶液加入反应锅,搅拌冷却至25℃以下,投入上述制备的中间体,然后在10-20℃均匀滴加O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯,约30-40min滴完,三种物料的投料量按摩尔比为1.3:1:1.2。缓缓升温到60℃,保温2h,反应过程中检查pH变化情况,当pH<9时,应补加氢氧化钠溶液。反应结束后,降温至45℃,加氢氧化钠溶液洗涤,再用水洗涤,静置分层。取下层有机层减压脱水,冷却,过滤,得倍硫磷原油,含量90%,收率90%。

合成制备方法

用途简介

农药杀虫剂,杀螨剂。胆碱酯酶抑制剂。有机合成。倍硫磷是对人、畜低毒的有机磷杀虫剂,对多种害虫有效,主要起触杀的胃毒作用,残效期长,对螨类效果不如甲基对硫磷,主要用于防治大豆食心虫,棉花害虫,果树害虫,蔬菜和水稻害虫,用于防治蚊,蝇,臭虫,虱子,蟑螂也有良好效果。 广谱、速效、中毒有机磷杀虫剂,对螨类也有效。具触杀、胃毒作用,渗透性较强,有一定的内吸作用,残效期长。可用于水稻、棉花、果树、大豆等作物防治二化螟、三化螟、稻叶蝉、稻苞虫、稻纵卷叶虫、棉红铃虫、棉铃虫、棉蚜、菜青虫、菜蚜、果树食心虫、介壳虫、柑橘锈壁虱、网蝽象、茶毒蛾、茶小绿叶蝉、大豆食心虫及卫生害虫。如防治水稻害虫及棉铃虫、红铃虫,用50 %,乳油 3~15m工_/100m2对水喷雾;防治棉红蜘蛛、棉蚜、菜肖虫、菜蚜等害虫,用50 %,乳油 5~11 .3mL/100mL/m2对水喷雾;防治棉红蜘蛛、棉蚜、菜肖虫、菜蚜等害虫,用50 "/t,乳油 5~11 .3mL/100mL/m2对水喷雾;防治大显食心虫,用50 %,乳油 5~11 .3mL/100mL/m2,对水喷雾,效果80 0/t,以上,或用3%,粉剂,225~300kg/1002喷粉;防治柑橘锈壁虱、网蛤象用50,乳油川阴倍液喷雾。
