氰化钾法以金和氰化钾为原料,将金与稀的氰化钾溶液在通空气下反应生成氰化亚金钾,经浓缩、结晶、分离,制得氰化亚金钾成品。

1.主要用于电子产品的电镀,以及分析试剂、制药工业等。

2.本品为镀金的基础化学试剂,广泛用于电子元器件和航天、电子通信仪表领域、印刷线路板、集成电路引线框架、连接器表面、航空电器元件的高质量镀金及高级饰品镀金、功能镀金、快速光亮镀金。

3.用于化学镀金工艺中金盐的添加。
在微氰电镀金工艺中,柠檬酸铵或柠檬酸钾作为络合剂和导电盐。在镀硬金工艺中,常添加酒石酸锑钾作为硬化剂。
