硝基乙烷 制备方法及用途

制备方法

工业上主要采用低碳烷烃直接气相硝化法进行生产。以甲烷为原料,只制得硝基甲烷;以乙烷为原料,则可制得硝基甲烷和硝基乙烷两种产品;以丙烷为原料,则可制得其甲烷、硝基乙烷和1-硝基丙烷、2-硝基丙烷四种产品。若以乙烷和丙烷为原料,则可以通过变动条件来改变产品比例。

合成制备方法

用途简介

1.本品对硝基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、聚醋酸乙烯酯等有良好的溶解能力,用作硝化纤维素、醋酸纤维素、树脂、蜡、脂肪和染料等的溶剂和火箭染料,也用于有机合成。 2.为一种优良的极性溶剂,对硝基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、聚醋酸乙烯酯等有良好的溶解能力。用作树脂、硝化纤维素、醋酸纤维素、蜡、脂肪和染料等的溶剂和火箭燃料,也是一种重要的合成农药、医药和染树的中间体。 3.用于有机合成,用作硝化纤维素及其他树脂、蜡、脂肪、染料等的溶剂。

用途

1.本品对硝基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、聚醋酸乙烯酯等有良好的溶解能力,用作硝化纤维素、醋酸纤维素、树脂、蜡、脂肪和染料等的溶剂和火箭染料,也用于有机合成。

稳定性相关:

1.用石蕊试纸试验硝基乙烷水溶液呈酸性。0.01mol/L水溶液pH 5.20;饱和水溶液pH 3.85;水饱和硝基乙烷pH 3.75。

2.与硝基甲烷相同,在碱性溶液中与羰基化合物发生加成反应,生成β-硝基醇。

3.与空气形成爆炸性混合物,爆炸极限3%-5%(体积)。具有很高吸附热,无水硝基乙烷或其蒸气大量吸附在活性炭上会导致燃烧。
