氧化铬 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.将铬酸酐5.68 kg和水2.25L,先搅拌10 min,加入三氧化二锑11.94g、γ-Fe2O323.88 g和三氧化铬2.88kg,再搅拌20 min后,把上述混合物加入高压釜中,于270℃和45×103kPa的压力下反应15h,制得二氧化铬成品。 2.一般CrO2可由CrO3热分解来制备。由于热分解的终点是Cr2O3,因此要得到CrO2必须保持一定的氧压。但适合于磁带用的CrO2需分两步制备。(1)在250℃,1.01×105Pa氧气压力下加热CrO3或在250~400℃加热Cr(NO3)3·9H2O,几天后可得到CrxOy。2y/x值在4与6之间,即平均氧化数在5.00与5.33之间。这种CrxOy比CrO3的水溶性小,可适用于水热法。(2)以上一步得到的CrxOy作原料,以水或酸性溶液作反应介质,在250~500℃,5.1×106~3×108Pa下制备。 CrO2也可以由CrO3在水蒸气存在下高压分解或由二氯二氧化铬CrO2Cl2热分解来制备。

用途简介

主要用于录音磁带、留声机唱片、记忆装置及永久磁铁的生产。还用作催化剂。
