异稻瘟净 制备方法及用途

制备方法

由异丙醇与三氯化磷反应制取中间体异丙基亚磷酸酯,再将其与氨、氯化苄和硫磺反应制得该品。1.异丙基亚磷酸酯的制备异丙醇以每小时215kg、三氯化磷以每小时50kg(摩尔比为3:1)的速度连续进料,混合后猛烈反应,产生的氯化氢气体通过真空泵从混料锅迅速排除,生成的粗酯进入降膜式甩盘脱酸器。加热,进一步脱酸,以120-130℃的温度离开脱酸器。冷却至40℃以下,得含量为92%-95%的中间体,收率95%-98%。混料锅抽出的气体尚含异氯丙烷,当氯化氢吸收后,常压冷冻可作为副产物回收。2.异稻瘟净的制取O,O-二异丙基硫代磷酸铵及原药合成在同一反应锅内一步合成。将异丙基亚磷酸酯、氯化苄、硫磺(摩尔比为1:1.05:1.02)加入甲苯中,缓缓通入氨,控制温度85-90℃,通氨后继续保温搅拌2h,使反应完全。加水洗去杂质和氯化铵,所得粗品进行连续蒸馏脱除水分和溶剂甲苯,即得含量85%-90%的异稻温净原油,收率约90%。

合成制备方法

用途简介
