八水氧氯化锆 制备方法及用途

制备方法

氢氧化锆盐酸法锆英石与烧碱熔融,漂洗、除硅之后与硫酸作用,再加入氨水,得到氢氧化锆沉淀,用盐酸溶解沉淀物,得到氯氧化锆,经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、晶体粉碎,制得二氯氧化锆成品。将30g四氯化锆、15mL的36%的盐酸及200mL的水混合,置于水浴上加热浓缩以达到饱和。冷却该溶液即可析出八水合物,过滤,用丙酮洗涤除去过剩的盐酸。

合成制备方法

用途简介

用做制造二氧化锆原料。也用做橡胶添加剂、涂料干燥剂、耐火材料、陶瓷、釉药和纤维的处理剂。市售有八水合物的特级试剂(JIS K 8210—61)。ZrOCl2·8H2O的含量在990%以上,作为通常的用途,可以直接使用,为了除去吸附的微量水分,可用无水乙醇洗净,夹在滤纸中间风干。
