硒化铅(II) 制备方法及用途

合成制备方法

1. 真空中由铅和硒直接反应,或用氢还原亚硒酸铅制取。

用2个150mL带盖的烧杯,分别配制两种溶液,其一为2.2321g氧化铅(PbO)溶于15mL硝酸,其二为0.7896g硒(Se)溶于9mL硝酸。再将此两种溶液混合,搅拌,使固体物完全转化,得到这两种离子按化学计量比的澄清均匀的溶液。在1L带盖的烧杯中配制还原性溶液:3g酒石酸,15g N2H4·2HCl,150mL水和50mL氨水,加热至沸。将上述两种离子的溶液以细流的方式小心地加入沸腾的还原性溶液中,不断搅拌,有沉淀产生。用一个在烘箱中已干燥并已知恒重的烧结玻璃滤埚抽滤,洗涤沉淀,抽干母液,再用甲醇冲洗,在70℃空气中干燥至恒重。注意该产物在较高的温度下易被氧化。

PbSe的提纯可采用133.322×10-6Pa真空条件下蒸馏,或采用区域熔炼法。

2.常规的制法是将高纯度的铅和硒按化学计量比例配料,装在石英安瓿中。在熔炉中将石英安瓿加热到1100~1150℃之间,直接合成PbSe。

若用与制备硒化亚锡(SnSe)相类似的方法,则不需要如此的高温,只需在高于308℃温度下加热72h即可(参见硒化亚锡条目)。

用途

  用于制造光敏电阻和红外检测器等。
