硫化锑 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.天然矿加工法天然辉锑矿经筛选、粉碎等加工而制得硫化锑成品。制备方法有三种:天然太后加工法、锑白转化法和直接化合法。 (1)天然矿加工法。天然辉锑矿经筛选、粉碎等加工而制得硫化锑成品。 (2)锑白转化法。反应方程式: 操作方法:将Sb2O3 1.80kg、Ca(OH)2 0.6kg、H2O 6kg混合后,在80℃加热1h。将2.41kg 60%Na2S溶解在3L水中配成Na2S溶液,在搅拌下,于80℃下,在30min内将此Na2S溶液加入上述混合物中,再维持搅拌30min。然后用30%的HCl在3h内酸化至pH为0.4。升温至95℃,再搅拌3h,降温、过滤、洗涤、干燥,制得Sb2S3颜料。 (3)直接化合法。反应方程式: 操作方法:将金属锑高温熔化后,向其中通入硫蒸气,直接化合生成三硫化二锑。硫的用量为化学计量的103%~115%,搅拌反应0.3~1h,反应温度维持在650~850℃。 2.向三价锑盐的酸性水溶液中通入硫化氢,即得三硫化二锑沉淀,呈橙红色,无定形。在隔绝空气下加热到200℃,即得结晶。

1.如果遵照规格使用和储存则不会分解,未有已知危险反应,避免酸、水分/潮湿。不溶于水、醋酸。溶于浓盐酸、醇、硫氢化铵(NH4HS)、硫化钾溶液。无定形产品为橙红色粉末,相对密度4.15。熔点546~554℃。感光性强。具有半导体特性。不溶于水。溶于浓盐酸、碱金属氢氧化物水溶液。锑及其化合物可引起皮肤、角膜炎、结晶膜炎。吸入其蒸气或粉末可引起鼻黏膜溃疡。
