制备方法

以苯乙醇为原料,经醚化得β-甲氧基乙苯,再经硝化,再经硝化、还原、重氮化、水解得4-羟基β-甲氧基乙苯,再与环氧氯丙烷醚化后,与异内胺缩合成盐即得。以苯乙醇计,总收率20-25%。
