亚胺硫磷 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.由O,O-二甲基二硫代磷酸酯与氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺反应制得。中间体氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺的制法:将邻苯二甲酸与20%氨水缓慢加热,温度上升至110-120℃时有大量水分蒸发。反应物用热水处理,得白色结晶邻苯二甲酰亚胺,将其与12%甲醛水溶液加热回流反应2.5h,冷却、过滤、水洗、干燥,得羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺,而后用30-36%盐酸在甲苯中氯化,在60℃保温2h,得氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺。原料消耗定额:苯酐(99%)700kg/t、氨水(25%)420kg/t、甲醇(99.5%)350kg/t、甲醛(30%)500kg/t、盐酸(36%)1230kg/t、碳酸氢钠370kg/t、五硫化二磷560kg/t、苯200kg/t。 2.邻苯二甲酰亚胺的制备苯酐与碳酸氢铵作用制得邻苯二甲酰亚胺(简称亚酰胺)。配比为苯酐∶碳酸氢铵=1∶1.5(mol);反应温度280~300℃;操作周期6h。 3.N-羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺的制备亚酰胺与甲醛作用制得犖 羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺(简称羟化物)。原料配比为亚酰胺∶甲醛=1∶1.1,反应温度98~100℃,升温时间1.5h,反应时间3h,操作周期6~7h。 4.氯代甲基苯甲酰亚胺的制备羟化物与盐酸作用制得氯代甲基苯甲酰亚胺(简称氯化物)。原料比为化物∶盐酸≈1∶6.6,升温时间40~50min,反应温度(60±2)℃。加苯温度55~58℃,盐酸含量35%,操作周期6h。

合成制备方法

4.氯代甲基苯甲酰亚胺的制备羟化物与盐酸作用制得氯代甲基苯甲酰亚胺(简称氯化物)。原料比为化物∶盐酸≈1∶6.6,升温时间40~50min,反应温度(60±2)℃。加苯温度55~58℃,盐酸含量35%,操作周期6h。
