氯化铍 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.将氧化铍加入盛有适量蒸馏水的反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入盐酸进行反应,把反应溶液蒸发浓缩,冷却结晶,离心分离,干燥,制得氯化铍成品。其反应式如下: 2.氯化铍的制备装置 1—玻璃管;2—储槽;3—排气管将碱式碳酸铍在800℃下加热制成氧化铍。取氧化铍150g与75g糖炭用少量水混合,制成球状物。将其置于石英管内,加热至300℃,除尽水分。然后放在电炉中。 从管口1处通入氯气10h,保持每分钟120个气泡的速度,同时加热至900℃,所生成的氯化铍即凝结在石英管的冷却部分。 将制得的氯化铍收集在储槽2中。将过量的氯气与二氧化碳、一氧化碳从排气管3排出。要妥善处理排出气体。
