盐酸氨溴索 制备方法及用途

制备方法

盐酸氨溴索是溴己新的代谢产物,祛痰作用强于溴己新。盐酸氨溴索具有促进粘液排除的作用及溶解分泌物的特性。它可促进呼吸道内粘液分泌物的排除,因而显著促进排痰,改善呼吸状况。应用本药治疗时,病人的粘液分泌可恢复至正常状况。适应症:适用于伴有痰液分泌不正常及排痰功能不良的急性、慢性呼吸系统疾病,例如:慢性支气管炎急性加重,喘息型支气管炎、支气管哮喘的祛痰治疗;术后肺部并发症的预发性治疗;早产儿及新生儿婴儿呼吸窘迫综合症(IRDS)的治疗。
