聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐 制备方法及用途

制备方法

制备工艺包括甲基萘磺化,磺化产物与甲醛缩合、中和三大步骤。将500kg甲基萘投入磺化釜中,加热熔化,开动搅拌,升温至130~140℃下反应2上。然后在快速搅拌下加入210L水,再搅拌半小时后取样测酸度,若总酸度为25%~27%为合格。冷却至90~100℃。一次加入37%的甲醛水溶液300kg。自然升温升压,控制反应温度在130~140℃,压力0.15~0.20MPa。反应2h让其充分缩合。缩合完毕后,加入30%的碱液进行中和,至pH值为7左右。最后冷却结晶,过滤,干燥结晶物即为成品。

用途简介

本品为稀释剂,用于造纸工业腐浆控制,降低两面性,改进填料或细小纤维留着率,改进施胶,降低涂料粘度。用作水性涂料、颜料色浆的高效分散剂。在丙烯酸系列、醛丙系列、氯偏系列的乳胶漆中用作色浆分散剂。亦可用作胶粘剂,聚合物的填充粉和密封层中改进耐水性。
