稻瘟净标准溶液 制备方法及用途

制备方法

以三氯化磷、乙醇、硫黄、氨(或碳酸氢铵)、氯化苄、氯气为原料合成。先合成亚磷酸二乙酯,进而合成O,O-二乙基硫赶磷酸铵,然后与氯化苄作用生成稻瘟净。稻瘟净合成时反应温度为90-100oC。由于氯化苄的存在,可使硫酮式铵盐在加热情况下先转变为硫醇式铵盐,再缩合成稻瘟净。

合成制备方法

用途简介

对植物有内吸传导作用,可阻止菌丝生长和孢子形成,兼有预防和治疗作用。主要用于防治稻瘟病。对水稻苗瘟、叶瘟和穗颈瘟均有较好防效。与治螟磷、乐果混用有增效作用。防治稻瘟病用40%乳油500-600倍液在苗瘟和叶瘟初发期施药,每隔5-7犱喷洒1次,共喷1-3次。
