制备方法

1.将20g铟、21.22g锑置于石英盘中,装进石英管内,在氢气流或惰性气流中将石英管加热至530~540℃,使之反应。 2.单晶制法与GaSb相同。能够采用横形布里奇曼制单晶法,但普通多采用拉晶法进行。为了得到高纯结晶都是使用高纯原料。
