制备方法

金属砷与锌反应生成锌化砷,砷化锌再与硫酸反应得精砷烷,经多级吸附纯化可制得高纯砷烷产品。 1.在装置的A中加10g金属钠,通入用氢氧化钾、氧化钡等充分干燥后的氨气,制备装置容器A放入装有干冰-乙醇冷冻剂的杜瓦瓶中,氨被液化。然后加入12g(比等摩尔稍过量)砷粉,摇动使之反应。将装在B处的42g溴化铵NH4Br徐徐加入,所产生的气体经水洗后,用P2O5干燥,用液氮在捕集器中使之液化。因为用这种方法不产生氢气,所以可以生成高纯度的胂。液化的胂可以进行蒸馏提纯。 2.把50g锌放进瓷皿中,将瓷皿送入石英管中。把45g砷放进另一瓷皿,将这个瓷皿放在石英管端,通入干燥氮气,置换其中的空气。首先加热装锌的瓷皿,达到700℃以后,再加热装砷的瓷皿,使其达到300~500℃,使砷蒸气送到锌处与之反应,则合成Zn3As2。冷却后,将此Zn3As2粉碎并装入三口烧瓶中,在烧瓶上装有滴液漏斗,用惰性气体或氢气置换系统中的空气以后,从滴液漏斗滴加稀硫酸,就可以产生胂。因为所产生的气体中含有氢,所以通过P2O5干燥以后,在液氮冷却的捕集器中液化,再进行蒸馏提纯。 3.为简便制取胂,可将三氧化二砷溶于盐酸(先令其溶解于氢氧化钠水溶液,再用浓盐酸调节pH值在1以下),加入锌粒,在所产生的气体中,胂不到四分之一,经干燥后,用液氮冷却并进行蒸馏提纯。 4.一般由As与Zn合成As2Zn3,然后再与H2SO4反应生成ZnSO4和AsH3,再经几步纯化、液化而得。

合成制备方法
