制备方法

氢氧化亚铊TlOH在50℃下,在高真空中脱水时,则生成Tl2O。反应式如下:2TlOH→Tl2O+H2O但是需要注意的是:这种氢氧化物在空气中容易转化为碳酸盐和三氧化二铊Tl2O3。制法将碳酸亚铊Tl2CO3装到银制管状容器中,边抽真空(133.322×10-3Pa)边在600℃下连续加热数日,则在管中低温部分析出黑色升华物Tl2O。根据析出物的分析结果:Tl含量为95.13%(理论值为96.22%),密度为10.2g/cm3。此外,还有用金属铊与三氧化二铊Tl2O3在560℃下长时间反应,可以得到接近于理论组成的Tl2O的方法。

合成制备方法

稳定性相关:

氧化亚铊为黑色结晶,属于单斜晶系。沸点虽高但在高真空中从300℃就开始升华。和水徐徐反应生成氢氧化亚铊,在乙醇中溶解则生成乙氧基亚铊C2H5OTl。
