制备方法

制备方法一 乙氧基乙基膦酰氯的制备 在碘催化下,使亚磷酸三乙酯异构化生成二乙氧基膦酸酯,然后将二乙氧基膦酸酯在DMF溶剂中通光气反应,得乙氧基乙基膦酰氯。收率99%。 苯硫酚的制备 苯与氯磺酸反应,制得苯碘酰氯。然后将苯碘酰氯在锌粉和浓硫酸存在下还原得苯硫酚。收率76%。 或苯磺酸钠与五氯化磷反应制得。 (收率80%) (收率91%) 地虫硫磷的合成 乙氧基乙基膦酰氯与苯硫酚或苯硫酚钠反应,得O-乙基-S-苯基硫代膦酸乙基酯,然后再与P2S3反应,合成地虫硫磷。收率90%。 制备方法二 乙烷与三氯硫磷作用,生成乙基硫代膦酰二氯,乙烷过量,循环回用。生成的乙基硫代膦酰二氯在缚酸剂存在下与无水乙醇反应,制得乙氧基乙基硫代膦酰氯。然后将三乙胺分批加到苯硫酚、乙氧乙基硫代膦酰氯和丙酮混合物中反应,经后处理得地虫硫磷。

合成制备方法

制备方法一

用途简介

高毒不对称膦酸酯,具有强烈的触杀和胃毒作用。主要用于防治地下害虫,适用于生长期较长的作物,如小麦、花生、玉米、甘蔗等。 如防治云斑蛴螬、暗黑蚧螬、小麦沟金叶虫、华北蝼蛄,用5%颗粒剂225~300g/100 m2加细土150~300g混拌均匀,撒施于播种沟内,播后覆土。本药剂在土壤中残效期长达8周。

用途
