硒化汞 制备方法及用途

合成制备方法

1.在隔绝空气的条件下,将HgCl2的稀溶液滴加到饱和的H2Se水溶液中,可得到HgSe沉淀产物。注意HgCl2不可过量,并且不可使用高浓度的HgCl2溶液,否则会形成HgCl2·2HgSe沉淀。

2.按化学计量比将HgCl2加入到强氨性的NaCN溶液中,然后加入等物质量的SeO2。该混合溶液经过滤后,通入SO2气体。在整个反应过程中,要保持溶液的碱性,以防止红色的硒沉淀析出。反应的终点,可通过SO2被吸收的速率下降来确定。反应结束后,将黑色的HgSe抽滤,并用含氨的稀NaCN溶液洗涤,接着用蒸馏水清洗,最后在盛有P2O5的干燥器内干燥。

3.按化学计量比将Hg和Se放入密闭的高压容器内,在550~600℃的温度下进行反应,然后将产物在600~650℃的纯N2气流中升华提纯,便可得到纯的HgSe产品。
