2.对环境的影响:
一、健康危害

侵入途径:吸入、食入、经皮吸收。
健康危害:四乙基铅为剧烈的神经毒物,易侵犯中枢神经系统。 急性中毒:初期症状有睡眠障碍,全身无力、情绪不稳、植物神经功能紊乱,往往有血压、体温、脉率低现象(三低症)等,严重者发生中毒性脑病,出现谵妄、精神异常、昏迷、抽搐等,可有心脏和呼吸功能障碍,高浓度下可立即死亡。慢性中毒:主表现为神经衰弱综合症和植物神经功能紊乱。可有(三低症)和脑电图异常。
二、毒理学资料

急性毒性:LD5012.3mg/kg(小鼠经口);LC50850mg/m3,1小时(大鼠吸入)
亚急性和慢性中毒:大鼠灌胃0.00008mg/(kg.天),134~160天,心肌、肾脏、脾脏变性坏死,伴有炎症渗出增生改变。
生殖毒性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量3(TDL0)11 mg/Kg(孕6~16天),引起胚胎毒性。
致癌性:IARC致癌性评论:动物不明确。四乙基铅的动物试验表明可能引发癌症。Epstem和Mcntc给出生21天小鼠皮下注射0.6mg四乙基铅(分4次等剂量),发现恶性淋巴癌发生北明显增加,在第一次注射后的36至51周之间就观察到3个肿瘤。

代谢和降解:生物体内的四乙基铅不甚稳定,四乙基铅蒸气压在20℃时为3.3×10-2kPa,但被肺吸收的速度很快,所以经肺是四乙基铅的主要入侵途径。其次因四乙基铅是脂溶性化合物,所以也比较容易被皮肤及粘膜所吸收。所以如果皮肤长期接触四乙基铅汽油,则有中毒的危险,被吸收的四乙基铅,容易通过血脑屏障,大量转移到脑内。在环境中的四乙基铅,经光和热的作用,逐步降解为三乙基铅,再进一步降解为无机铅。人体组织中的四乙基铅,经过经14天后就全部代谢变成无机铅,而作为加铅汽油中与四乙基铅混合使用的四甲基铅,其降解速度则慢得多。

四乙基铅的中毒症状与无机铅有所不同,以中枢神经系统的症状表现最为强烈,但几乎不影响造血器官,多数伴有消化系统症状。重度四乙基铅中毒有晕眩,头沉、头痛、失眠及食欲不振等初发症状、数日之中很快恶化,引起精神亢奋 、幻觉、妄想及痉挛等,经昏迷、衰竭而死亡。作为一般的中毒症状,常能看到头昏、恶梦、急躁、多动等。
危险特性:易燃,遇明火、高热能引起燃烧爆炸。遇水或受热分解放出有毒的腐蚀性气体。
燃烧(分解)产物:一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氯化氢。

6.应急处理处置方法:


一、泄漏应急处理

迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器,穿防毒服。不要直接接触泄漏物。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止进入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。小量泄漏:用砂土或其它不燃材料吸附或吸收。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容;用泡沫覆盖,降低蒸气灾害。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。  
废弃物处置方法:用控制焚烧法。经洗涤器收集的铅氧化物可再循环使用或填埋处理。从废水中回收烷基铅化合物。
二、防护措施

呼吸系统防护:可能接触其蒸气时,必须佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(全面罩)。紧急事态抢救或撤离时,佩戴空气呼吸器。
眼睛防护:呼吸系统防护中已作防护。
身体防护:穿胶布防毒衣。
手防护:戴防化学品手套。
其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作毕,彻底清洗。单独存放被毒物污染的衣服,洗后备用。实行就业前和定期的体检。
三、急救措施

皮肤接触:脱去被污染的衣着,用肥皂水和清水彻底冲洗皮肤,就医。
眼睛接触:提起眼睑,用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗,就医。
吸入:迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。保持呼吸道通畅。如呼吸困难,给输氧。如呼吸停止,立即进行人工呼吸。就医。
食入:饮足量温水,催吐,就医。

灭火方法:消防人员须佩戴防毒面具、穿全身消防服。灭火剂:雾状水、泡沫、二氧化碳、砂土。
