制备方法

将硅酸钠、硫酸铝、食品级氧化镁、铝酸钠及氢氧化钠等原料制成高浓度水溶液,按先后顺序、适当比例加入到反应釜中,边冷却边搅拌,反应一定时间后,压滤、洗涤、干燥,即得成品。

用途简介

良好的乳液稳定剂、悬浮剂。有机胶与硅酸铝镁结合能发挥两者的最佳特性,可用于不同粉状(滑石粉、颜料和药剂)的黏合,是片剂的崩解剂。本品是亲水性胶体,又有假塑性流动性能,是膏霜、乳液、洗发膏、护法用品的黏度改良剂和增稠剂,它可以悬浮和分散粉状颜料,可使产品得到最佳色泽,组织细腻光滑。用作牙膏的增稠剂,可与CMC配合使用,能改进牙膏的触变性和分散性。还具有增稠效应,代替牙膏中1/5~1/2的CMC用量。与天然胶及合成胶的配伍性良好,可改善膏体出条的结构。还能有效地用于药品片剂生产中。在金属和汽车抛光剂、瓷砖和玻璃清洁剂中可悬浮其中的摩擦剂和稳定乳化。用于白鞋油中,悬浮颜料防产品变硬。

是复合的胶态物质,它的有代表性的化学组成为:二氧化硅61.1%,氧化镁13.7%,氧化铝9.3%,二氧化钛0.1%,氧化铁0.9%,氧化钙2.7%,氧化钠2.9%,氧化钾0.3%,二氧化碳1.8%,结合水7.2%。白色小型片状或粉状,无味无臭,质软而滑爽,含水量小于8%。不溶于水或醇,在水中可膨胀成较原来体积大许多倍的胶态分散体。黏度(5%水分散体)0.25Pa·s±25%。pH值(4%水分散体)约为9。使1g硅酸镁铝的pH减至4,需要0.1mol·L-1HCl6~8mL。硅酸镁铝的膨胀性是可逆的,它能在水中分散,也可以干燥后重新水合,不论次数。它一般用于低固体含量的水分散体中,在广泛的pH范围内稳定。当硅酸镁铝分散于水中时,形成胶态溶胶和凝胶。该水分散体的黏度随含量不同而变化。当含量为1%~2%时其分散体为胶态悬浮体,大于8%时为非透明体,黏度迅速增加,4%~5%时为厚的白色溶胶,当达10%时则形成坚硬的溶胶。硅酸镁铝通常的用量为0.5%~2.5%。硅酸镁铝水分散体具有明显的变性。在配制分散体时,需要适当地加热和适当地延长搅拌时间,才能达到一定的稠度。硅酸镁铝和少量的纤维素胶混合时,能明显地增高黏度,并且长期稳定。硅酸镁铝水分散体遇某些电解质变稠,甚至部分凝聚。
