对氨基苯甲醚经重氮化、还原、酸化、水解、环合,得到消炎痛。

对氨基苯甲醚经重氮化、还原、酸化、水解、环合,得到消炎痛。

用途简介

吲哚美辛适用于解热、缓解炎性疼痛作用明显,故可用于急、慢性风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎及癌性疼痛;也可用于滑囊炎、腱鞘炎及关节囊炎等;能抗血小板聚集,故可防止血栓形成,但疗效不如乙酰水杨酸;治疗Behcet综合征,退热效果好;用于Batter综合征,疗效尤为显著;用于胆绞痛、输尿管结石引起的绞痛有效;对偏头痛也有一定疗效,也可用于月经痛。

用途

用于生化研究。生物合成前列腺素。品抗炎,解热作用明显,主要用于对水杨酸类药物不易耐受或疗效不显著的风湿性并节炎、强直性光脊椎炎、骨关节炎等。
