Water/1 kg
Using a two-roll tile mill, the rubber mill mix is prepared, banded,
and chopped into small pieces. The heat-reactive phenolic resin is
prereacted in the hexane, cyclohexane, magnesium oxide, and water for
24 h under agitation. The rubber mill mix and the prereacted resin mix
are combined with the remaining ingredients, and the batch is agitated
until completely dissolved.
