配方组成：	Water/58 Silicone Oil/35 Morpholine Oleate/7
配制方法：	Add all the morpholine oleate to one half of the silicone oil. Homogenize with a high-speed turbine-type mixer. Add the balance of the silicone oil at once. Mix and add the water to the solubilized oil slowly and gradually under rapid mixing.
