配方组成：	Water/89 Ammonium hydroxide (28%)/1 Casein/10
配制方法：	Soak the casein in the water at 45C to 55C for 10-20 min thoroughly swell the casein particles. To this slurry, while it is being vigorously stirred, add the ammonium hydroxide. Continue the stirring until solution of the casein is complete.
