化学名称: 甲基四氢基邻苯二甲酸酐 CAS： 26590-20-5 简称：甲基四氢苯酐 英文名称：Methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride,MTHPA 分子式：C9H10O3 相对分子量：166.178（按1987年国际相对原子质量） 性能特点： 纯度高、色泽浅：能直接制得或调制成所需的各种色彩的环氧树脂制品。 粘度低：浇铸、灌封、浸渍的工艺性好，浇铸时可加入大量填充剂，使固化物性能优良。 性能稳定、凝固点低、适用期长，在室温下可以长期存放。 挥发性小；毒性低；加热损失小，毒性仅为胺类固化剂的二十分之一至四十分之一。 互溶性好：本产品能同所有环氧树脂互溶，混合粘度低，同时加热固化时体系收缩率小。 产品型号及适用范围： 我厂生产的ANY1001、ANY1002、ANY1008三个型号。 ANY-1001具有色泽浅、粘度低，加入促进剂后不变色、低气泡的特点，特别适用于白色灌封。 ANY-1002为浅黄色透明液体，粘度适中，适用于浇涛、层压、浸渍、模压、粘合剂和缠绕等工艺，在机电和电子产品中具有广泛的用途，还适用于绝缘衬套、输油管道、捕鱼机械等。 ANY-1008是我厂在ANY-1001基础上开发的一种新产品，除 ANY-1001的优点外，还具有气泡更少、粘度更低的优点，广泛运用于行输出变压器的浇注，使浇注物具有表面不泛黄等优点更有利于实际流水线操作，是替代进口的理想产品。
