性质描述: 纯净的磷酸三(1,3-二氯丙基)酯是无色透明油状液体，比重(20°C)1.504，折光率n20D1.498，闪点(开口杯法)251°C，凝固点-6°C，开始分解温度230°C，水中溶解度0.01%(30°C)，磷含量为7.2%，氯含量49.4%；溶于乙醇，氯仿等有机溶剂，不溶于脂肪烃类。
